Tarrifs depend on availability, length of stay and season.

Single occupancy

£60 to £90 per night.

Double occupancy

£90 to £110 per night.

Booking Conditions

Weekends

Minimum of 2 night reservation.  Please note that at Easter, Christmas and Bank Holiday weekends we kindly request a minimum stay of 3 nights - unless the booking pattern allows differently.

Breakfast

Rates include a full English breakfast.

Parking

Ample parking spaces are available.

Deposits

Cost of the first night required when booking (non-refundable).

Payment Methods

Cheques and credit/debit cards accepted.  Cash preferred.

Cancellations

If you cancel or alter your booking and we cannot re-let the room, a full charge will be made.

Discounts

We offer various discounts, e.g. late booking, midweek, low season or/and long stays.

Check-in

As early as you wish but no later than 9.00pm.

Check-out

As early as you wish but no later than 10.30am.

Children

Generally children over 8 are welcome by prior arrangement.

Pets

Complying with health regulations, we sadly cannot accept pets on the premise.

Smoking

We operate a non-smoking policy.  Each guest bedroom and all public areas are equipped with a radio interlinked smoke detecting system.

Recommendations

We highly recommend you take out holiday insurance.  The cheapest holiday insurance I have come across is "Preferential Travel". www.preferential.co.uk

Room Items

Guests are welcome to take items from their room, but an adequate charge will be made.
